How is Confidential Business Information (CBI) Kept Secure at the Hazardous Materials Information Review Commission (HMIRC)?
HMIRC has installed security facilities and equipment in accordance with the recommendations of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), following the RCMP`s evaluation of HMIRC`s physical site.
All information supplied by an appellant to HMIRC is privileged and is exempt from all provisions of the Access to Information Act.
